MB Star C4 DoIP problems encountered during use:

1. How to set up IP address for MB SD Connect C4 DoIP?

Step 1: Open local connection

Step 2:  Press Properties

Step 3: Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), press OK to continue

Step 4: Enter IP address

IP address: 172.29.127.24

Step 5:  Click on Advanced 

Step 6: Click on Add to configure DoIP IP address

Step 7: Set DoIP IP address to 169.254.0.** (i.e 169.254.0.45)

Step 8: Click on OK to finish configuration.

2. About Activation: 

• HDD/SSD software requires activation. When you get the HDD/SSD software, Insert the HDD/SSD into the laptop, and just send the Teamviewer ID and password to us (Support Online or Whatsapp ),  and we will activate it for you.
• Full set ready to use C4 with Tablet PC software already be activated, when buyer receive it can directly use it.

3. The steps to activate the software：

Step 1: Insert the hard disk into the computer as a startup disk 
Step 2: Open the computer
Step 3: Click “Teamviewer” on the computer page 
Step 4: Contact us and send us the ID and Password of the Teamviewer
Step 5: We will activated the software remotely.

Q1: Is the wifi built-in or external?
A1: Wi-Fi is a built-in chip, you can connect directly without setting up Wi-Fi.

Q3: Does this car diagnostic device have features such as key coding, new key generation when all keys are lost, keyless key coding?
A3: The SD Connect C4 with DOIP support to do key coding with online functions. But you may need to have online account first, all key lost maybe not ok, you should have one key at least.
