What is Xentry Diagnostic Software?
XENTRY software is a comprehensive diagnostic system for M-ercedes automobile issues.
The software allows users to configure, reprogram, introduce new components, execute guided tests, read or delete fault codes, and apply many other functionalities to a M-ercedes vehicle.

Step 1: Insert the hard disk into the computer as a startup disk
Step 2: Open the computer
Step 3: Click “Teamviewer” on the computer page
Step 4: Contact us and send us the ID and Password of the Teamviewer

Q2: What is the difference between Vediamo and Xentry?
A2: Vediamo is an engineering-level diagnostic and development software for Mercedes. This differs from DAS/Xentry as these are workshop diagnostic level tools, the audience for Vediamo is engineers while the audience for DAS/Xentry is Technicians.
Q3: How do I update Xentry software?
A3: Send HDD/SSD back to update, or purchase new HDD/SSD replacement (not support update online)
Q4: Is the hard drive you received an internal hard drive or an external hard drive?
A4: It’s Internal Hard Disk to boot laptop, CANNOT use as external Hard Disk, otherwise will damage the software files.
Q5: When you put the hard drive into your laptop, your laptop won’t boot?
A5: When your put the hard disk to your laptop, if the laptop can’t start, maybe it needs to be changed the disk mode to AHCI.
